Study finds highest rates of campus sexual assault belong to student‐athletes

Since 2014, student‐athletes have been disciplined for sexual misconduct and assault at a rate three times higher than their peers in the general student population, according to data collected by the USA Today network. Football players were disciplined for sexual misconduct and assault the most frequently of all athletes.
