Recently, the university where I am employed mandated that all staff employees have to attend a training session on customer service. Although I believe that I have good customer service skills, I also believed that maybe I could learn some new techniques or ideas that would help me better understand the students of today. I am never opposed to any training, and I went to this training with open eyes.
