In 15 years working for a municipal police force, Sean T. Asbury did a little of everything — from working in the detective division on violent crimes to being a road supervisor for patrols — as he worked his way up to deputy chief. He had had a good experience as a student officer at a community college, and he was eager to take on the challenges colleges face.
