“Sexual Violence on Campus: How Too Many Institutions of Higher Education Are Failing to Protect Students,” is the newest assessment by federal legislators of how colleges and universities address reports of sexual violence. The report, which is based on a survey of 440 four‐year institutions across the country, was prepared by the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Financial & Contracting Oversight at the request of U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri.
