A Massachusetts federal court denied in part and granted in part Harvard University's motion for judgment on the pleadings in National Association of the Deaf, et al. v. Harvard University, et al . The ruling grants Harvard immunity for third‐party content embedded on its sites but hosted elsewhere. But the court rejected other arguments in Harvard's motion, and the case will move forward.
