Generally, the most important witnesses at trial are the plaintiff and the named defendants, but colleges and universities shouldn't overlook the important role played by experts on both sides in aiding a jury to decide a case. When choosing expert witnesses, be aware of the factors a court will consider when deciding whether the expert is qualified to testify.
