This case study presents an anomalous flexor digitorum superficialis indicis. The patient presented with a painful palmar mass. Physical exam and exploratory surgery were used to describe this anomaly. The anomalous muscle was intrinsic to the hand. © 1995 WiIey‐Liss, Inc.
