Five glucosinolates have been examined by collision activation of [M − H] − produced by fast atom bombardment. The resultant daughter ion spectra contained a number of peaks that could be rationalized in terms of the known structure of the glucosinolates and in particular the nature of non‐polar side‐chain could be determined.
