A simple HPLC method for determination of chondroitin sulphates as thier unsaturated disaccharides by chondroitinases has been applied to measure the glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in human whole blood, plasma and blood cells. This method may be useful for the investigations on the role of blood GAGs and the metabolic fates of the exogenous GAG.
