Computer simulation of a simple enzyme kinetic model is used to train medical students in interpretation of the stochastic nature of experimentally estimated model parameters. The principles for identification of parameters and estimation of their confidence intervals with the help of Monte Carlo procedures are introduced in a simplified and easily perceivable form.
