In this study, electrochemical experiments were carried out in chloroform using ferrocene (Fc) or anthracene (An). We performed cyclic voltammetry ( CV ) on Fc and An in chloroform containing either tetrabutylammonium perchlorate ( TBAP ) or tetrabutylammonium hexafluoro‐phosphate ( TBAPF 6 ) over the temperature range of 25 to 50°C. The resulting pattern of CVs , half‐wave potential ( E 1 /2 ), diffusion coefficient of Fc and An, steady‐state current, solution viscosity, and long‐term stabilities were studied.
