Syntheses of Porous Organic Polymers via Cobalt‐catalyzed Acetylene Trimerization and Their Gas Adsorption Properties

Organic porous polymers with micropores were successively synthesized by combining nonplanar and planar aromatic monomers functionalized with acetylene terminal groups via cobalt‐catalyzed acetylene trimerization. Their BET surface areas are 740 m 2 /g for POP ‐1 and 794 m 2 /g for POP ‐2.
