The permeability ( P app AP to BL ) of compound 5e in Caco‐2 cell was 12.0 times and 6.0 times higher than that of scutellarein and scutellarein, respectively. Compound 5e protect against H 2 O 2 ‐induced PC 12 cells’ oxidative damage with more potency than positive controls.
