We have examined the possibility of separating residual Bacillus thuringiensis medium from crystal endotoxin and determined an optimal flow rate of fermentation broth through a disk centrifuge in order to make a total separation of the residue of nutritive medium, containing pathogenic toxins, from the endotoxin and spores.
