Ho et al. report the preparation of PEGylated generation 3.5 and 4 polyamidoamine dendrimers (G3.5‐PEG and G4‐PEG). Both systems are spherical with a diameter less than 100 nm. These dendrimeric materials can encapsulate oxaliplatin (OXA), with an average drug loading efficiency of 75.69% and 84.63%, respectively. In vitro studies show the release of 46.25% of free OXA after an hour, compared to 11.94% from G3.5‐PEG@OXA and 3.40% from G4‐PEG@OXA. Moreover, despite the low release, after 48 hours the killing effect of G4‐PEG@OXA on HELA cells was similar to that of free OXA. (DOI: 10.1002/bip.23272 )
