Ernest Giralt and colleagues report on the use of phage display against a human blood‐brain barrier cellular model to identify peptide sequences that translocate across the blood‐brain barrier. Internalization studies with the selected peptide suggest it internalizes through a clathrin‐mediated mechanism and that it increases the uptake of a cargo in endothelial cells.
