Abstract Several methods are presented for the determination of molecular weight distributions from light‐scattering and low‐angle x‐ray scattering data. These methods are also applicable to the experimental determination of the particle scattering factors of various aggregates provided the molecular weight distribution of the aggregates is known. The statistical analyses pertinent to these methods are appended.
