Magnetic nanoparticles attached to the membrane protein are interrupted further analysis to distinguish the cancer subtype by consumption or blocking the target surface marker after magnetically isolating circulating tumor cells from the blood. The authors demonstrate the magnetic force microscopy‐based analysis method for identification of magnetically isolated cancer cell subtypes.
