Accurate in vitro characterization of hydrophobic drug release kinetics from nanomedicines is imperative for the development of novel nanoscale drug delivery systems. The cover demonstrates the application of albumin as a solubilizing agent for hydrophobic drugs, which allows to use membrane‐dialysis system for the assessment of drug release from liposomes and other nanoscale carriers.
