Three types of bivariate generalized Poisson distributions are defined and the structure of their conditional distributions is examined by using the Faa Di Bruno's formula. The resulting expressions involve Bell polynomials and can be interpreted in terms of convoluted random variables with one of the convolutes having the form of the marginal distribution. The three types of bivariate Neyman A distributions are used to illustrate the procedure.
