As the global COVID‐19 pandemic has rolled on over the last year, many nonprofits have had to postpone regularly scheduled “big ticket” action items, like strategic planning or performance evaluations for the executive director, instead focusing resources on keeping the lights on and maintaining programming to the best of their abilities. But with vaccines making their way through the population, those fortunate to resume somewhat “normal” operations may be wondering if they should play catch up on those postponed tasks or just wait until they come around again on the calendar.
