Keeping your board members engaged during meetings can be a challenge, especially if it's been a while since the last meeting and lots of action items are on the agenda. However, while it may be tempting to load them up with handouts and reports covering all of the information and topics that will be touched upon during the meeting, experts caution on this front to avoid risking “information overload” that sends your board into a coma.
