Modelling of the radiative transfer in the dust shell around n Carinae

Evolutionary models of structure and spectrum of the dust shell around n Carinae are constructed by means of radiative hydrodynamics calculations. Processes of dust grain growth and destruction are included in the models. The results of the modelling enable us to put some constraints on possible parameters of the object. The theoretical light curve and the spectrum in the visual and infrared are in a good agreement with the observations.
