The attention is called to a relatively rare case of an apparently “isolated” dwarf spheroidal galaxy K 23 (α = 02 h 40 m .5, δ = +16·31'). The large‐scale plates obtained with the 6 m telescope have been scanned, and the photometric data and King model parameters determined. According to these data K 23 is similar to the well‐known prototypes in the Local Group and M 81 group. An analysis of the spatial galaxy distribution shows, that K 23 is probably placed in the bridge connecting the Local Supercluster and Perseus‐Pisces Supercluster and is not truely spatially isolated.
