In this contribution, we compute the total cross section for proton‐proton collisions at the Large Hadron Collider in the context of quantum chromo dynamics (QCD) parton saturation models presenting geometric scaling phenomenon. Moreover, prediction for pion‐proton total cross section is also provided for asymptotic energies. The main theoretical uncertainties associated to the calculations are discussed.
