The orbit of the minor planet (1206) Numerowia, which was supposed to be lost for a long time, is discussed on the basis of all available observations. Remeasurements and a critical discussion of the position led to rediscovery observations in the 1974 and 1975 oppositions. Improved elements based on 13 positions 1931–1975 are given.
