This paper combines the passivity theory with geometric control theory for nonlinear Markovian jump systems. The key point concentrates on taking the appropriate coordinate changes following with the Markovian switchings. Based on this concept, we investigate the passivity, feedback equivalence and global stabilization problems, which implies that under a proposed strongly minimum‐phase condition, the nonlinear Markovian jump system is feedback equivalent to a passive system. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our results.
