This paper is concerned with the generalized extended state observer based control for a class of networked interconnected systems with short time‐varying delays. First, the uncertainties induced by the delays are modeled as an additive bounded disturbance. Then, a novel state feedback stabilizing controller is designed based on generalized extended state observers (GESOs). The GESO is used to estimate the system state and the disturbance simultaneously, and the effect of the uncertainty induced by the delay is eliminated by the GESO based controller. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
