A self‐healing and injectable supramolecular nucleoside hydrogel was successfully developed by simple mixing guanosine (G) and isoguanosine (isoG) in the presence of K + . The required concentration of K + to form the co‐gel was extremely low, and the co‐gel displayed flower‐like structures and some cross‐links occurred between the two components.
