Water‐soluble cyclic β 2,3 ‐aminoxy peptides have been successfully prepared and characterized in polar organic solvents and aqueous media. The monomeric and oligomeric peptides exhibit unique β N−O turns and helical conformations, with extraordinary stability toward a wide range of pH values and temperatures.
