Sit back and relax : The title compound [Mn 6 (salen) 6 (H 2 O)V 4 O 12 ](ClO 4 ) 2 ⋅7 H 2 O is the first example of a 3D coordination polymer with embedded out‐of‐plane Mn III Schiff base dimers, where the Mn 2 (salen) 2 2+ dimers are connected by the cyclic V 4 O 12 4− clusters through covalent bonds. Slow magnetization relaxation is observed at low temperature.
