The postman always rings twice : Thiolato‐bridged Au I 4 and Ag I 4 metallorings were selectively prepared by the reactions of benzothiazolines with Au I and Ag I , respectively. Simple 1:1 mixing of the Au I 4 and Ag I 4 metallorings led to the quick, exclusive formation of Au I 2 Ag I 2 metallorings from an unprecedented metal‐crossing reaction that produces a single kind of heterometallic rings from two kinds of homometallic rings.
