Mix and match : A bipolar host material with hole‐transport and electron‐transport units was synthesized as the host material for deep‐blue phosphorescent organic light‐emitting diodes and was compared with other mixed‐host materials with the same core structure. The bipolar host material showed similar current density and quantum efficiency to those of the mixed host.
