A dimer a dozen : At the weak‐interaction limit, the photolysis cross‐section of a cluster is the sum of contributions from each constituent, such that the cross‐section ratio of a cluster to its monomer is close to an integer which corresponds to the cluster size. This concept was experimentally confirmed in the case of the ozone dimer. The cross‐section ratio of ozone dimer/monomer was 1.98(±0.09) at 248.4 nm and 2.08(±0.15) at 308.4 nm.
