Ambipolar semiconducting material o ‐MeCZBDF, which has a high excited triplet energy level ( E T ), has been synthesized. This compound has high carrier mobilities for both holes and electrons in the amorphous state. Such characteristics are attributed to the electronegative character of the oxygen atom incorporated in the π‐electron system.
