We report the case of a 41‐year‐old man with chronic meningitis and cranial neuropathies in whom leptomeningeal biopsy demonstrated Wegener's granu‐lomatosis. The literature on meningitis in this disease is reviewed. This case illustrates that Wegener's granulo‐matosis can cause chronic meningitis.
