Serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase in rheumatoid arthritis and certain rheumatoid musculoskeletal disorders

Serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase levels were determined and compared in rheumatoid and nonrheumatoid subjects. The results indicate that tests for this enzyme would be of little value in establishing the presence or absence of rheumatoid disease.
