[(S,S)‐1,2‐Bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethylenediamine]dicholoroplatinum(II) shows a strong and dose‐dependent effect on the hormone‐dependent MXT mammary carcinoma of the mouse. The R,R/S,S‐configurated compound is markedly less active.
