Kondensation von Guanidincarbonsäureamid ( 1 ) mit den β‐Diketonen 2a–e führt zu den 2‐Ureidopyrimidinen 3a–e , während 3f aus der Umsetzung von 1 mit 3‐Oxobutyraldehyddimethylacetal ( 4 ) hervorgeht. Besonders 3d weist markante antimykotische Wirksamkeit auf.
