Durch Kondensation von Alkinolen mit 4‐Hydroxycumarinen in Eisessig/Schwefelsäure oder Bortrifluoridätherat lassen sich Antikoagulantien vom Typ des Warfarin [3‐(1′‐Phenyl‐2′‐acetyläthyl)‐4‐hydroxycumarin)] in 70 bis 80proz. Ausbeute herstellen.
