Non‐linear optical array tomography generated volume rendering of the mouse meibomian gland (green) with a single orthogonal section through the 3‐D reconstruction (Red‐Blue Heat map). Tissue section shows interstitial collagen detected by second harmonic generation that was used to generate a meibomian gland mask to segment out the meibomian gland cells detected by two photon excited fluorescence.
