This article explores the integration of science and spirituality and the impact of this integration on the field of mental health. The article describes how universal spiritual principles are increasingly validated by scientific research in the areas of quantum physics and chaos theory. The author discusses the implications of the shifting scientific world‐view for traditional psychological theories and presents a quantum skill set that integrates the new sciences with timeless spiritual principles and widely accepted mental health practices.
