The image created by Shufen Zhang and colleagues shows photonic crystal films with anti‐stretching and invariant structural colors during deformation. They were prepared by combining Zn2+ coordinated elastic material and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose with polystyrene@silica colloidal crystals. The film's release energy by forming crack blocks with wire‐drawing structures at a microscopic level during the straining process. However, the lattice spacing, and effective refractive index of the local array do not change. In addition, the wire drawing structure connects the two crack blocks like a break lotus root, severed yet connected, while all the cracked blocks maintain their original performance.
