This cover by Xianwu Jing and colleagues shows SEM images of a kind of drag reducing agent (DRA) in water. The DRA solution shows excellent performance in drag reduction (DR) in fresh water, even if the concentration is as low as 0.023%, the DR rate can also reach up to 76%, and dense network structure in water is propitious to DR rate. In Sichuan basin in China, the development of shale gas is in full swing, the DRA will be helpful to the large‐scale development of shale gas and will bring great economic benefits.
