Thermally sensitive phase changes were attained in solid state polyoxazoline/silicate matrix. The hybrid materials were prepared by in‐situ sol‐gel condensation of alkoxysilane monomer for one week. With increasing the amount of polyoxazoline in the silicate matrices, significant decrease/increase of phase change temperature was observed depending on concentration range. The shape of observed phase diagram was very similar to that of LCST showing solution systems. The observed behavior will open possibility of application of solid‐state thermosensitive materials for various smart materials. DOI: 10.1002/app.48163
