In this article, Ravi Arukula and colleagues have prepared various sizes of microstructures of core–shell and were first confirmed by optical microscopy (OM) as shown in supporting information (Figure S6). These microstructures were further probed by TEM investigations, and presented in Figure 10. The analysis on the microcapsules showed that the shell thickness and size of the capsules is varying. For example, Figure 10(c) shows the microcapsule is a sphere with shell (EPU) thickness of 62.5 nm and the liquid core (n‐octane) diameter is about 1093 nm. Figure 10(d) shows a uniform sphere with about 0.11 mm thick shell with 2.1 mm core. DOI: 10.1002/app.46630 .
