Examined by Xiaocong Wang and colleagues, Feixu, the hairs on the seeds of some herbaceous plant, are widely distributed in nature. Three kinds of Feixu fibers on the seeds of cynanchum, reed, and endive were used to synthesize conductive PANI hollow composite fibers. Scanning electron microscopy and optical microscope revealed a hollow microstructure of these Feixu fibers. Aniline was absorbed and polymerized on these natural materials forming flexible conductive composite fibers. These as‐prepared PANI/Feixu composite fibers can be bent at any angle and be pressed into pieces. These special characteristics of these composites provide a possible way to make hollow‐fiber membrane and flexible electronic device. DOI: 10.1002/app.46526 .
