The cover from the research of Shufeng Ye and colleagues shows a scanning electron microscope image of an adsorbent Al‐PAM‐DTC. The Al‐PAM‐DTC was in the form of flocks and each plane surface seemed to be relatively smooth. The Al‐PAM‐DTC was obtained by grafting dithiocarbamate onto a “star‐like” polymer Al(OH) 3 ‐polyacrylamide. Al(OH) 3 acted as a core, connecting several PAM side chains as arms. The “starlike” structure was beneficial for easy access of the active adsorption sites in PAM‐DTC chains by metal ions, contributing to the high adsorption capacity of Al‐PAM‐DTC for Cu 2+ and Pb 2+ .
