Christopher Frank and Johnson Samuel present a scalable manufacturing process for the continuous production of nanofiber ropes, cables, micro‐scale wire coatings and multi‐material mats. The ropes, cables and wire coatings were manufactured using a cascading electrospinning setup in conjunction with a rotating ring collector and take‐up reel. The fibrous mats were formed by replacing the ring collector with a directed nozzle. Both configurations allow for the creation of nanofiber architectures with multiple layers and material combinations. (DOI: 10.1002/app.43747 )
