The incorporation of nanofillers into a polymer causes the formation of stronger mutual polymer‐filler and filler‐filler interactions compared to those of polymeric composites containing conventional fillers. Przemyslaw Rybiński, Agnieszka Pająk, Grażyna Janowska, and Małgorzata Jóźwiak prepare hybrid filler using halloysite nanotubes during the synthesis of zinc phtalocyanine or chloroalumino phthalocyanine. The incorporation of hybrid fillers into butadiene‐acrylonitrile and butadiene‐styrene rubbers showed an improvement in their thermal and mechanical properties as well as a significant reduction in flammability. The cover shows unpurified hybrid halloysite‐zinc phthalocyanine filler taken by stereoscopic microscope. (DOI: 10.1002/app.42593 )
